Board of Directors

The Association is administered by a Board of Directors (BoD) composed of a minimum number of five Directors. They are elected by the Delegates Assembly among Delegates for a three-year term. The BoD elects, among its members, the Vice-Chairman, the Secretary, and the Treasurer. The Chairman of the Association is member of the BoD ex-officio and chairs it.
